The ENJOYABLE WARMTH products and associated software applications are heating products that can be used for various purposes, both at home and at work. ENOJYABLE WARMTH follows and refers to the Privacy policy of ENJOYMIUM, but also makes a distinction in the following areas.
To activate and register ENJOYABLE WARMTH, provide ENJOYMIUM with certain information to create an account by providing an active email address and username. You may also have to enter your first and last name manually, as well as your e-mail address and password.
ENJOYABLE WARMTH also offers activation and registration through third party open authorization (OAUTH) services, allowing you to operate the devices with various services, including Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
When you use ENJOYABLE WARMTH and its services, our servers automatically receive, record and process the data necessary to provide the service, including:
Collected data is stored directly in the App, on your Device and on servers in the European Union. Each ENJOYABLE WARMTH device conducts secure communication with the ENJOYABLE WARMTH servers via SSL and checks whether the server is indeed the ENJOYABLE WARMTH server. We keep collected information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and in accordance with ENJOYMIUM's Privacy Policy.
Devices that you have registered in the app of ENJOYABLE WARMTH can be shared with others, so that others can also operate the devices. To provide this service, we keep track of who (his / her e-mail address) and when you have invited another person and whether the other party has accepted the invitation. You can always see in the app which invitations are still open, which other users can operate your devices and you can also delete other users and open invitations.
